Speech and Hearing Pathology
Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation
Network Medicine
Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit full-length papers with a maximum length of six (6) pages, prepared according to the provided templates (LaTeX or Word format). An additional two pages may be included by paying extra page charges. The total page count must include references.
Submissions should clearly outline the objectives of the study and emphasize its contribution to advancing scientific and technical knowledge.
Papers must be submitted through the Microsoft CMT portal. All author names must be entered in the portal at the time of submission, and no changes to the author list will be allowed after the submission deadline.
The papers will undergo a single blind review process.
All submissions will be checked for plagiarism, excluding references and quoted material. Papers showing significant overlap (more than 30%) will be rejected.
For accepted papers, authors will need to submit a camera-ready version. Detailed instructions for preparing the final version will be provided on the conference website.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
